STZ ENTERPRISE LTD / OUR SERVICES

Thoughtful styling advice, shaped around your home.

Every room has its own proportions, natural light and practical demands. Our home styling consultations help you consider how furniture, colour, lighting and finishing details can work together, using the space and items you already have wherever possible.

Choose a focused consultation for one room, a more detailed styling discussion, or coordinated advice for several spaces. The exact scope and expected outputs are confirmed before an appointment is arranged.

A PRACTICAL APPROACH

Advice that starts with the room you actually have.

Good styling is not simply about adding more objects. It can mean reconsidering the route through a room, making better use of existing furniture, bringing colours into balance or identifying a few details that would make the space feel more cohesive.

We begin with your aims, room measurements, photographs, preferred style and stated budget. Advice is tailored to the information supplied and to the scope agreed for your consultation.

STZ provides styling advice and planning support. Furniture, decorative items, installation, building work, cleaning, photography and property sales services are not included.

01 / ONE ROOM

Room Styling Consultation

A focused, face-to-face consultation for one room where you want clearer direction on layout, colour and finishing touches without committing to a broader planning brief.

Proposed starting price £47.50 For one room, subject to confirmed scope

Who this service suits

Suitable for a living room, bedroom, dining area, home office or another single domestic room. It is intended for customers who want practical styling direction rather than a full interior design or renovation project.

  • Review of one room using the information supplied.
  • Discussion of the main styling issue or priority.
  • Advice focused on achievable changes and existing belongings.

What you need to provide

  • Recent photographs showing the room from several angles.
  • Approximate room dimensions and the position of doors and windows.
  • A short description of what feels difficult or unsatisfactory.
  • Your preferred look, colours you like and colours you wish to avoid.
  • An indicative budget, including whether you prefer to reuse existing items.

Five areas covered in the consultation

Furniture layout Discuss the placement of existing furniture, usable floor space, circulation routes and the room's main focal point.
Colour direction Consider a coherent colour palette, the relationship between existing finishes and possible accent colours.
Furniture choices Identify whether current pieces appear suitable for the space and discuss general types, proportions or functions for any gaps.
Lighting and accessories Discuss the role of lamps, soft furnishings, artwork, mirrors and decorative objects in the overall composition.
Room presentation Agree a practical order of priorities, including which existing items to reposition, simplify or bring into focus.

Expected deliverables

  • A face-to-face discussion focused on the agreed room and styling priorities.
  • Verbal recommendations covering the relevant areas above.
  • A recap of the principal next steps during the consultation.
  • A written summary, shopping list or annotated layout is not included unless expressly agreed beforehand.

Timing and additional work

  • Appointment length and location are confirmed before the booking is finalised.
  • Any agreed follow-up note should normally be issued within 3 working days after the consultation.
  • The starting price covers one room and the agreed consultation only.
  • Additional rooms, a second consultation, detailed written plans or further revisions require a separate scope and confirmed price.
02 / MORE DETAIL

Enhanced Styling Advice

A more developed consultation for one room, with additional attention to how individual styling decisions fit together and a clearer set of priorities to work through afterwards.

Proposed starting price £68.00 For one room with enhanced guidance

Who this service suits

For customers who have a clearer idea of what they want to improve but need help bringing the room together. It allows more discussion of relationships between furniture, colours, materials and details than the focused consultation.

  • One domestic room with several connected styling decisions.
  • Customers considering rearrangement or selective updates.
  • People who would benefit from a structured recap of agreed priorities.

What you need to provide

  • Room photographs and dimensions, including ceiling height where relevant.
  • A basic list of major furniture items you intend to keep.
  • Examples of styles, interiors or colours that appeal to you.
  • Information about household use, storage needs and practical constraints.
  • Your target budget and any deadlines or restrictions that affect decisions.

Five areas covered in the consultation

Layout review Compare possible furniture arrangements, room balance, focal points and circulation needs using the dimensions provided.
Colour and materials Develop a more considered palette and discuss how existing wall colours, flooring, fabrics and finishes relate to one another.
Furniture direction Discuss suitable furniture proportions, functions and broad selection criteria where the current arrangement needs improvement.
Lighting and finishing Consider layered lighting, soft furnishings, artwork, mirrors and accessories, with attention to balance rather than quantity.
Priorities and sequence Organise suggested changes into practical stages, taking account of the customer's budget, existing items and intended use.

Expected deliverables

  • A face-to-face consultation covering the agreed styling brief.
  • A structured set of recommendations for the five areas listed above.
  • A concise written styling summary and priority list, provided only if confirmed as included in the final service scope.
  • The summary records advice discussed; it is not a technical drawing, construction specification or guarantee of a particular visual result.

Timing and additional work

  • The consultation date, location and expected duration are confirmed in advance.
  • Where a written summary is included, the proposed target is within 5 working days after the consultation and receipt of all required information.
  • The starting price covers one room and one agreed brief.
  • Detailed product research, multiple alternative schemes, annotated plans, additional meetings and revisions beyond the agreed summary are extra work.
03 / CONNECTED SPACES

Multi-Room Styling Plan

Coordinated styling advice for several rooms, helping you establish a consistent direction across connected spaces while recognising the different functions and practical requirements of each room.

Proposed starting price £129.90 For up to 3 rooms, subject to confirmed scope

Who this service suits

  • Up to three rooms within one agreed planning brief.
  • Advice on visual continuity between spaces.
  • Room-by-room priorities that recognise the customer's overall budget.

What you need to provide

  • Photographs and approximate dimensions for each included room.
  • A simple list of doors, windows, fixed features and major furniture.
  • Information about how the rooms connect and how each is used.
  • Preferred colours, styles, materials and any existing items to retain.
  • An overall budget and, if relevant, the order in which rooms should be addressed.

Five areas covered in the planning service

Room-by-room layout Review the intended use and furniture arrangement of each included room, noting circulation, proportion and practical constraints.
Whole-home palette Consider how colours and finishes relate across the selected rooms, with room-specific variations where appropriate.
Furniture coordination Discuss how existing furniture, scale, function and visual weight can work together across the included spaces.
Lighting and details Consider lighting atmosphere, textiles, artwork and accessories, including where repeated details could help create continuity.
Phased action plan Set out a practical order of priorities across rooms, helping the customer decide what to address first within the stated budget.

Expected deliverables

  • A face-to-face planning consultation for the agreed rooms.
  • Room-specific verbal recommendations and an overall styling direction.
  • A written room-by-room summary and priority sequence, if included in the confirmed scope.
  • Any summary will describe recommendations rather than provide measured technical drawings, building plans or installation instructions.

Timing and additional work

  • Consultation arrangements are confirmed once the number of rooms and information supplied have been reviewed.
  • Where a written plan is included, the proposed target is within 7 working days after the consultation and receipt of complete information.
  • The starting price covers up to three rooms within one agreed brief.
  • Additional rooms, separate property addresses, substantial changes to the brief, further meetings or expanded written plans require a separately agreed scope and price.

  • Verbal advice on the five areas listed above.
  • A prioritised preparation checklist where expressly included in the confirmed scope.
  • No cleaning, decluttering labour, furniture moving, decorating, photography, staging equipment or property marketing is included.

SERVICE DETAILS

What to expect from every appointment.

The details below explain how the consultation is prepared, what information helps us provide useful advice, how written outputs are handled and what happens if your requirements change.

The exact scope agreed for an individual appointment takes precedence over any general description on this page where the two differ. Any agreed change should be confirmed in writing before extra work begins.

1. Starting prices and scope

Each displayed price is a proposed starting price, not a confirmed quotation. The final scope depends on the number and type of rooms, information available, requested outputs and practical arrangements. A confirmed written description of the service will be provided before the appointment is finalised. Any applicable tax treatment will be clarified in the confirmed quote.

2. Information and preparation

Customers should provide accurate measurements, current photographs and relevant information about fixed features and existing furniture. Advice based on incomplete or inaccurate details may need to be revised if new information becomes available. We may request clarification before confirming that a brief can be handled.

3. Consultation arrangements

The appointment format, location, expected duration and any travel arrangements must be agreed in advance. A face-to-face consultation is arranged only after the practical details have been confirmed. No unconfirmed location, appointment slot or travel arrangement should be assumed to be available.

4. Written deliverables

A written summary, priority list or preparation checklist is supplied only where it is specifically included in the confirmed service. The document will cover the agreed topics and level of detail. It will not automatically include technical drawings, measured plans, product-by-product sourcing, supplier coordination or unlimited revisions.

5. Delivery timeframes

Any timeframe stated in the individual service description is a proposed target for an included written output, calculated after the consultation and receipt of all necessary information. The confirmed appointment details will state the applicable target. If an unforeseen issue affects delivery, we will explain the revised expectation and agree a reasonable next step.

6. Additional work and revisions

Additional rooms, new objectives, repeat consultations, extensive product research, alternative schemes, annotated layouts, extra written documents and revisions beyond the agreed scope are not automatically included. We will describe the additional work, its expected timeframe and any additional fee in writing. No additional work will begin until the customer has agreed to the revised scope.

7. Appointment changes and cancellations

Requests to reschedule or cancel should be sent through the contact details on this website as early as possible. The applicable notice periods, any permitted cancellation charges, refund arrangements and statutory rights are explained in the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in this service description removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Advice and practical limitations

Recommendations are based on the information provided and the agreed advisory brief. They are not architectural, structural, electrical, building-control, surveying or other regulated technical advice. Customers should consult appropriately qualified professionals where safety, building work, structural changes or technical compliance are involved.

9. Furniture and product sourcing

The service does not include the sale, supply, delivery or installation of furniture, fittings or decorative products. General guidance on types, proportions, colours or selection criteria may be provided within the agreed scope. Specific product research, supplier comparisons or shopping lists require separate agreement where they are not expressly included.

10. Photographs and personal information

Photographs and measurements should be shared only where relevant to the requested consultation. Please avoid including people, personal documents, access codes or other unnecessary sensitive details in room images. Information is handled in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy. Images will not be presented as client case studies or used for promotional purposes without an appropriate lawful basis and any required permission.

11. Customer decisions and outcomes

Customers remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations, checking product dimensions and suitability, and arranging any separate purchases or work. Styling advice cannot guarantee a particular appearance, property valuation, sale price, sale speed or other commercial outcome.

12. Service boundaries

STZ provides home styling and presentation advice within the confirmed brief. Furniture supply, home staging equipment, installation, repairs, decorating, cleaning, photography, estate agency, property valuation and project management are excluded unless a separate service is explicitly agreed in writing.

Before requesting an appointment

Please tell us which room or rooms you want to discuss, what you would like to improve and whether you need verbal guidance or a written summary. This helps us identify the most appropriate service and confirm a realistic scope before making arrangements.

START A CONVERSATION

Let's discuss the space you want to improve.

Send us a short description of your room, the type of advice you need and your preferred appointment arrangements. We can then review the brief and clarify the suitable service, scope and next steps.
