How it works

A thoughtful process, shaped around your home.

Good room styling starts with understanding how you live, what you already own and what you want a space to feel like. Our process gives you a clear way to discuss your ideas and explore practical options before deciding what to change.

A calm, thoughtfully arranged living room
Start with the space you have, not a room you feel you should have.
A clear starting point

From your first enquiry to considered styling advice.

Every home has its own proportions, routines and priorities. Before discussing colours, furniture or finishing touches, we first establish what you need help with and what can realistically be covered within the selected service.

You do not need to arrive with a finished design idea. A few photographs, an explanation of what is not working and a rough idea of your budget can be a useful beginning.

The process

Five steps to a more considered space.

We agree the practical details first, so you understand what the consultation covers, how it will take place and what you can expect afterwards.

01

Tell us about your home

Contact us with a short description of the room or rooms you would like to review and the changes you are considering.

Helpful details Room use, current frustrations, your preferred style, approximate dimensions and any practical limitations. You can also mention your budget and what you would prefer to keep.
02

Discuss the right service

We review your requirements and establish whether the requested advice fits one of the available consultation options.

What gets clarified The room or rooms in scope, the topics to cover, the consultation format, the agreed fee, the proposed date and any written material specifically included.
03

Confirm the arrangements

Before the consultation is arranged, we confirm the service details and the practical information needed to proceed.

Before we meet The appointment date, meeting location, expected consultation duration, agreed scope and any preparation or materials required will be discussed in advance.
04

Explore styling options

During the face-to-face consultation, we discuss your space and consider practical approaches that reflect your preferences.

Topics may include Furniture placement, colour relationships, lighting, accessories, use of existing pieces and priorities for improving the room's overall presentation.
05

Decide what to do next

You can use the advice discussed to decide which changes make sense for your home, budget and day-to-day needs.

After the consultation Any written summary, checklist or plan is supplied only where it was expressly included in the agreed service. Further advice or additional work can be discussed separately.
Before your appointment

A little preparation can make the conversation more useful.

You do not need professional measurements or a mood board. Share whatever information you have available, and let us know if there are details you are still deciding.

If you cannot provide everything beforehand, tell us what is available when you make your enquiry. We can clarify what is needed for the service you are considering.

1
Room photographs

A few clear photographs from different angles can help establish the layout, natural light and existing furnishings.

2
Approximate measurements

Room dimensions, window positions and the size of larger furniture pieces can help inform layout discussions where relevant.

3
Your preferences

Examples of colours, materials or interiors you like, together with anything you want to avoid, can help guide the conversation.

4
Budget and priorities

Let us know what you may be comfortable spending on future changes and which improvements matter most to you.

5
Existing items to retain

Identify furniture, artwork or personal belongings you would prefer to keep so the advice can take them into account.

A clear scope

Styling advice, not a building or installation service.

Clear boundaries help you understand what the consultation is designed to provide.

STZ ENTERPRISE LTD provides home styling and room presentation advice within the scope agreed with the customer. The service does not include building work, renovation, decorating labour, cleaning, furniture delivery, furniture assembly, installation, photography or estate agency services.

We do not supply furniture or guarantee the availability, suitability or performance of products discussed during a consultation. Any purchasing, measurements, installation or work carried out by other providers remains a separate matter.

Styling suggestions are intended to support your own decisions. Outcomes depend on the property, its condition, your choices and any changes you decide to make. No particular property value, sale price or sale timeframe is promised.

Your next step

Start with a conversation about the space you want to improve.

Tell us which room you have in mind, what you would like to change and the kind of support you are looking for. We can then discuss the appropriate service and proposed arrangements.
